What am I actually paying for?: The instant alerts. Anyone can browse the listings for free, and a free account already gets a daily email. The $5 is for being told the moment a new apartment is posted, by text and by email, so you can call before everyone else does.
Is the $5 every month?: No. It is charged one time. There is no monthly bill, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.
How do I stop the texts?: Text STOP to the number that texts you, or turn them off in your account. They stop immediately. You don’t have to call us or explain why.
Do you rent the apartments?: No. We are not a broker and we are not the landlord. We collect what’s published in the local papers, and owners post here directly. You call the number in the ad yourself, and whatever happens next is between you and them.
Are the listings guaranteed?: No. We report what the papers print. An apartment may already be rented, or the ad may have a mistake in it. We can’t verify every listing and we don’t try to.
Will you sell my phone number?: No. Never. It’s used to send you the alerts you asked for and nothing else.
