There is nothing to cancel

We do not bill you monthly. Text alerts are a one-time $5, and posting a listing immediately is a one-time $30. Nothing renews, no subscription runs in the background, and your card is never charged a second time without you doing something.

How to stop the texts

Text STOP to the number that texts you, or turn alerts off in your account. It takes effect immediately, and you don't have to call anyone, explain yourself, or wait for business hours.

You can also email info@monseyclassified.com if you'd rather.

Stopping the texts does not remove your account. You can still browse the website free, like everyone else, and keep the daily email if you want it.

Refunds — text alerts ($5)

Within 7 days: if it's not what you expected, tell us within 7 days of paying and we'll refund it in full, no questions.

If we broke it: if the alerts didn't go out for days because something on our end failed, email us. That's our fault and we'll refund it. You shouldn't have to argue about this.

Refunds — paid listings ($30)

If your listing never went live, or went live wrong because of a mistake on our end, we refund it in full. Email us and tell us what happened.

Once the listing has been published and sent out to subscribers, the work is done and we can't take that back, so we don't refund it — including if the apartment rents immediately, or if you change your mind and take it down. You can stop a listing whenever you like; that just hides it.

If your payment fails

Nothing happens. The alerts don't switch on, or the listing doesn't publish, and you are not charged. There is no debt, no collections, and nothing here can put you in the red.

If we shut down

If we stop running the service, tell us and we'll refund anything you paid us in the previous 30 days. You will not be left having paid for something that never happened.
